Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our products and to ensure quality and safety, we are unable to accept returns on any opened or used items.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to provide a replacement or resolve the issue.

To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (e.g. wrong item sent or item damaged in transit).
